Sweet and Spicy Roasted Edamame
1 Bag Frozen Edamame, thawed
1 Tablespoon, Canola Oil (any can be used)
1 Tablespoon, Soy Sauce
½ Tablespoon, Sriracha (if only using sriracha, increase to 1 Tablespoon)
½ Tablespoon, Garlic Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon, Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon, Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon, Wasabi Powder
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a bowl, combine the edamame, oil, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic chili sauce.
Spread out on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
As beans are roasting, combine salt, brown sugar and wasabi powder. If a finer powder is desired, put ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse for a few seconds.
Remove roasted beans from the oven and immediately sprinkle with seasoning powder. Eat immediately!
