Hello my name is Monica, and I am a RANCH DRESSING JUNKIE. Actually, I am a condiment junkie...any and all! My entire side door of the refrigerator is filled with every condiment varietal imaginable! The problem with condiments that are store-bought is that they are processed, sodium-laden, chock full of preservatives and honestly, just aren't good for you. Now, since Ranch Dressing is my favorite, it's also has the most fat. I have tried the fat free stuff, the recipes with vegan mayo...just doesn't compare to my beloved Hidden Valley. I finally put together my own recipe that got me pretty dang close! So this one is for you fellow junkies out there that want that flavor and not the other garbage that comes with it!
5.3oz - Unsweetened Coconut Milk Yogurt (I use So Delicious)
1 Tablespoon – Garlic Herb Lemonaise*
1 teaspoon – Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Fresh Dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Flat Leaf Parsley, finely chopped
Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Whisk together yogurt and mayo until combined. Stir in onion powder and herbs and then add salt and pepper as needed.
*Substitute 1 Tablespoon of any paleo mayo and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
